Biography

Louise Macfie achieved a Certificate of Art Design and a Diploma of Art (Fine Arts) at Claremont School of Art in 1998. This was followed by a BA in Visual Arts at Edith Cowan University in 2000 majoring in painting and printmaking. Louise has always been interested in abstraction and the Australian landscape has been her inspiration.

Louise's work is held in private and public collections around the world including Epic Energy, Insurance Commission of Western Australia, Perth Radiological Clinic, Burbridge Property Group and Jacquie McPhee Interiors.
